Where do I build my own zombie map and where do i submit

im confused where i can build my map, somewhere in the build rift ik but idk which zone?

and also to where i can submit it, i red a topic that shows how to build one but i recall not showing where to build i, can someone help?

i think i can build it outside of sandbox but idk how i can get permission to build there, do i buy a perk for it?
