It means the appeal wasn’t valid due to one or more problems, in your case because the ban link you originally gave didn’t exist we couldn’t confirm who you were. Now that that’s done, we can proceed.
Where? Searching back from even before you were banned the only search results for the term “negga” was coming from you, where in one case you seemed to be spamming and in the other two you were presumably insulting other players the same way you would as if you were actually using the slur proper:

What’s going to make sure that’s the case? Because the lie is making it hard to accept the appeal as is right now where, initially, you gave a baseless story as an explanation for using racial slurs instead of acknowledging what you did was wrong. Then when it was shown to be baseless, it was only then you were apologizing for breaking the rules. What’s going to keep you in check if you were unbanned again, what’s going to stop you from trying to lie your way out of it again?
