Toggleable mode(off by default) where you’ll return the points to the dead person on revive. For when you want to revive someone but don’t want to take their points

So if i forgot to rev the dead people i wont lose points?

I think that means this:
When you revive a dead person, The Dead one will give the (Half?) of his points to the “Reviver”, in this case will give it to you
What the suggestion wants to add, is a command that skips this process, So now you don’t have to do /lobby ts, to return his/her points back.
