Reaching the mob cap is now a lose condition to combat being able to effortlessly progress in higher rounds because of mobs despawning due to the mob cap.

Bug Fixes

- Fixed NPC buffs/debuffs not being applied
- Fixed shaman being able to take HP after maxing out
- Fixed survivors’ abilities not levelling up when round ends but there are unrevived players (#7784)
- Fixed the reviver not getting revive award when the round ends before the revival is finished
- Fixed Vampirism spamming ability ready
- The round ender’s score is now added to the compensation pool(when rounds end but there are unrevived players)
