There’s a setting that allows the name (described as full name) option in forum profiles to show up before the username for posts, the profile card etc. We know that some people might’ve registered names that they don’t like or use anymore, so maybe this is a good option for people who want to change their name themselves.
So on posts instead of displaying just the username it would show [full name] [username], similar to [username] [title] that I have.
