Nerf the maximum damage by 4-8 and the damage by the same amount. Or, reduce the damage of Venom and Ichor arrows slightly.
[Why do you feel that this change is needed?]
Tsunami is often compared to the Sniper Rifle. Lately, the Sniper Rifle has been receiving damage nerfs. It can match or even outshine the Sniper Rifle’s DPS while blindly allowing shots to be dealt at enemies. By reducing the maximum damage and damage of this bow by a minor amount, this bow will be a little more fair on hybrid kits. The area coverage also allows damage to be done with minimal effort. Using it on a mixed kit allows you to land 85-90 while sniper hits 120.
