Any help with passwords should be in the form of a DM to @staff, ONCE you have followed the steps near the bottom that are found here: Account Management Guide

Resetting Your Password

We need to verify that you are indeed who you claim to be. Currently, there is only one way to verify your identity.

  1. If you aren’t already logged-in in-game, follow UUID Login. If you are unable to login, then we cannot help you, sorry. You can create a new account if you wish.
  2. If you haven’t already, sign up for a forums account and log in .
  3. Then, message staff for a password reset.
  4. After staff responds, follow the instructions given to reset your password.

also, what does it mean by “your UUID does not match” when i’m using the same name with a different character?

The UUID of a character is a set of characters and numbers unique to each individual character save file you make, whereas the name of the character is just the string you gave it.
So what that means is that the character file you are using is NOT the same character as the one you initially made your account with.
