Yes, sadly it’s section 1 - chat rules #4 Racism / discrimination

[Q3] Do you think your Ban was fair? If not, please provide a reason.
Yes, I think the ban was fair. Racism doesn’t belong in our community and goes against what our band stands for. Respect is important to us, and I know my words were wrong. I mistakenly thought the message would be censored, and sent it after everyone else had left the room, only I was there, so no one could have read it except the server system I think. But that doesn’t make it okay. I take full responsibility for my actions.

[Q4] Why should we unban you?
You should unban me because this is the only server I truly enjoy, and it’s the only game that runs well on my mobile phone – I can’t afford a new device to play on anything else. Being part of this community means a lot to me, and I promise to follow every rule, treat everyone with respect, and never let anything like this happen again. I’m also really excited as the new update is coming up – I want to see how the server improves and check out all the new things that will be added in the new version.

While you did break it knowingly, There was not direct intention of insulting according to what you are saying
Still, Do have into account that even if no one is in there, These type of behaviours are not allowed, so even if these are said to the air, Will be taken into account due to their nature

So please refrain from using them regardless of the context,this can also apply to other rules in several cases, so be careful with what you say in the In-Game chat/do in the server even if you are alone

  4. Do you understand that if in the future you break any of the rules that you were banned for already, that you will not be able to appeal again (unless the ban was a mistake or due to extenuating circumstances)?
