[Q2] Did you break the rules knowingly?
No. I didn’t mean to break the rules. I was a bit confused in the chat because another player had a racist name(nigerr) and called me. Without thinking, I quickly responded “hi nigga” without realizing how inappropriate and offensive that was. [Q3] Do you think your Ban was fair? If not, please provide a reason.
Yes, I think it was fair. Using that word is against the rules and I completely understand why I was banned. Even though I didn’t intend to be racist, I know it still broke the rules and could have hurt others.

[Q4] Why should we unban you?
I want to sincerely apologize to the community and the staff. I truly love this server, especially the Zombies minigame — it’s my favorite, and I always try to help others with shaman ability or by transferring score. I am only 15 years old and I’m still learning, but I promise I’ve learned from this mistake. I understand now how serious and hurtful that word is, and I will never use it again.

Please give me a second chance. I really want to continue being part of this amazing community. I am deeply sorry for what I did and I will be more careful with my words in the future.
