i read the rules and did nothing wrong

my game crashed and the game identified that as exploitation

#2 Exploits

An exploit is unintended behaviour of the game that can be done without using third-party modifications (as that would be considered violation of S5#1). This also includes unintended behaviour of the server. The use of exploits is forbidden and punishable by a ban. It will be up to the discretion of staff to provide a warning instead, where an exploit has a minor impact.

i guess this as the ban says:

4. Do you understand that if in the future you break any of the rules that you were banned for already, that you will not be able to appeal again (unless the ban was a mistake or due to extenuating circumstances)?

1. my game crashed which triggered the “crash exploit” ban system so not my fault
2. no because crash is MY game crashing not me doing anything,and no i dont think i can fix it
3. i never broke them
4. again,this was not my mistake thus you cannot count this as the first and only appeal for this reason
5. i hope you guys fix the ban system so if my pc crashes again,i dont have to mess with these forum things just to play my game
