Wanting to play on the server is not a valid reason to be unbanned given the reason the ban was put in place and it being a pretty fair ban, which you acknowledged. Why should we unban you? Are you going to change your behavior to be more suitable for the server so that you’re not banned again?

Just wanted to check in real quick since I just saw it come up: why did you attempt to join the server yesterday even though you were still banned?
me and goofy figured out a way to play together recently, i needed items like a few coins for the run, we testing out the dark gaming server even tho im banned, and it worked, i logged in and made myself become banned still… cause i felt like it was the right thing to do…

Well, Even tho i was still banned, i was on a different internet, i wanted to test if i could join on dg, even tho it worked, i logged in so i could be banned on the internet, and i was telling “Gooofffyyy augh” the dark gaming code because [REDACTED].

To be completely honest, no. I have awful time management and an even worse sleeping schedule, so I keep forgetting things. Including the forums here. Sorry about that.
So why just not join at all while you still had an appeal open and you’re still banned? How can you be trusted to not break the rules again?
I have i an idea, what if u let me on dark gaming for a week, then after that week, you can do your calculations to see if im qualified on joining (that was a idea on the top of my head, i know its bad)

#3 just keep me banned (probably the best)
#4 let your gut chose
#5 just perm ban me(one of the safest options)

That’s… why you’re banned in the first place. All bans that are put in place are permanent unless appealed successfully or if the ban was otherwise a mistake to make sure that the appellee can learn why what they did broke the rules and so that they can talk with staff members who want an explanation as to why the appellee broke the rules.
I mean, given how toxic you’ve been and that’s what people knew you for I don’t think it’d be fair to do that. If you’re willing and able to change then you should have that second chance, not have it be bound to if people vote on it or not.

@Tru3thful, i have a question, what do you mean by like “lets see” cause, 1, your not gonna use my ideas, 2, your gonna forget about this ban appeal, 3 you might be too busy again and ignore me for like 3+ days.

Yes, I’m not going to use them. The point of a ban here is to serve as a warning to make sure you can correct yourself after breaking the rules. That’s why I’m not going to do a temporary unban especially given a specific time constraint. Why would I only watch for a week, what’s stopping you from breaking the rules after that timeframe? It’s been done before where someone breaks the rules, appeals successfully saying that won’t do it again, and then lo and behold, they do it again.

but like this is an ONGOING ban appeal, you just might as well keep me banned instead of this gonna go forever

That’s because you joined the server knowingly while still being banned and I wanted to ask why. As I already explained at that point, I was busy and didn’t get around to asking that immediately, especially given I had to think for a while on whether or not you can be trusted given that you knowingly joined despite being banned. That is why I took so long and as I already said I’m sorry it took a while.
