Sir Killah's Appeal

[Q1] Provide the Ban link or if none, the reason
Link: Ban

[Q2] Did you break the rules knowingly?
when i first joined, I didnt know the rules but i already use immortal. I only knew when the other players i played with in gamemodes pointed it out to me that it is not allowed but I was enjoying the game and didnt realise that my actions were ruining other players’ experience. so yes. I am guilty of using a modded terraria. im sorry, i wont do it again

[Q3] Do you think your Ban was fair? If not, please provide a reason.
it is fair that I got banned because what i did was unfair for other players. My cousin hiro who told me about the server even scolded me because i also got him banned because i use modded terraria when i go to their house to play it. in our house we have slow internet so i sometimes go to their house to use wifi

[Q4] Why should we unban you?
i dont think you should unban my account, i also uninstalled the modded terraria from my device so i wont be able to play it again. but please unban my cousin, he wont let me in their house to use wifi anymore. he also told me to do this appeal to get him unban. I am sorry for using the immortal mod, i promise i wont do it again

So… if it’s unfair, but others were pointing it out to you ahead of time, why didn’t you stop?

Am I interpreting that right? Before you were banned in Survival for using godmode, there were others in Zombies telling you it’s not allowed and that it’s unfair? If that’s the case, why didn’t you uninstall the modified client then and there? Why did you keep playing as is?

I suppose we’ll see. We can’t unban your cousin because that would unban you too, and you’re the rulebreaker here which you acknowledged.

Reply #1 i didn’t stop mainly because the server is fun and enjoyable. this server is better than the others but i really didnt mean harm by playing using immortal, i didnt realize how deep the consequences of my actions were

Reply #2 yes, there were people that told me to stop using the immortal but i continue because i didnt have the original game since i cant afford it. it did made me feel guilty playing but if i uninstalled the game that time then i wont be able to play terraria anymore. but now i already uninstalled it and deleted any data for the immortal

Reply #3 i already uninstalled the immortal version of terraria and i wont install that mod again. so please unban my cousin or he wont let me come to their house anymore :frowning: i admit what i did was wrong but i promise i wont do it again. im already leaving some pocket money to be able to buy the game on google playstore

Alrighty. If for whatever reason you’re still unable to purchase the game in the future then look harder to find a clean version instead of having one with godmode again.

Can you read the rules and quote the rule(s) you broke? Do this in a new reply, don’t edit your appeal. If you do not know how to quote the rules, read the guide How to quote the rules.

If you do not identify the right rule(s) that you broke or you do not know which ones you broke, I can make it clear.

I broke this rule:

  1. Do you understand why what you did broke the rules stated?

  2. Do you understand how you can avoid breaking them again?

  3. Do you agree that you will not break the same rules in the future?

  4. Do you understand that if in the future you break any of the rules that you were banned for already, that you will not be able to appeal again (unless the ban was a mistake or due to extenuating circumstances)?
