i belive it wasnt fair i did not got any warning though i feel like my message was taken out of context

I went to go check to confirm, and there were 7 total results for “sex” or some variant of it (the 4 from the report plus 3 more):
It’s not an appropriate topic for the server in general, so what context was there to be taken out of given it’s breaking the rules regardless? Especially that many times?
Okay i get i did not know that word could be a reason for ban i apologize and also why the report also include toxic behavior and and possibly racism? i wasnt being toxic not racist thats why i think my message was taken out of context
The report was only over the “sex” and “sexo” mentions. I investigated your chat logs and took guesses based on what I found.

This one admittedly is a little shaky but given how I’ve seen a couple more players and/or reports recently where someone swaps the “k” for “g” my initial guess was that was what the intent was. I’ll remove that reason from the ban, but if your intent was to use slurs that’s also breaking the rules so don’t do that anyway.
The other rule topic to touch on was the spam. The “sex” and variants (including “segs” which I didn’t discover until afterwards, that’s another 3 mentions) occasionally came up more frequently so that’s one method of spam alongside being inappropriate, and then also there’s this “no” with 102 O’s:
Sometimes if there’s enough rule breakages without any extra action then a ban’s put up so that the offending player could go check the rules to learn why. In that sense, the ban is kind of a warning even if it’s not the same as a verbal warning, since to rejoin the server conventionally you’d go through the appeal process.
