I can stop breaking the rules, read the rules carefully and stop doing things that break the rules.

The Blacklisted IP link you gave is broken and not the same as in the image… it is supposed to take you here: Unable to access any dimensions - Help & Support.

Please do take a look inside the link and read carefully. It may not even have been a ban, perhaps a false positive.
