[Q2] Did you break the rules knowingly?
No i did not knowingly break the rules.

[Q3] Do you think your Ban was fair? If not, please provide a reason.
No, as a PoC I think saying a word shouldn’t have got me banned I saw another person use the same word so I thought it wasn’t a big deal but apparently, that was not the case, about the skipping game progression I’m not sure what that’s about and to my extent I haven’t done such thing. If so I apologize and wouldn’t do anything similar or like it again.

[Q4] Why should we unban you?
I am a new but avid player on the server and really enjoy dark gaming so if my actions negatively affected any players i apologize but i would like to learn from my actions and be a better player on the server and I hope that I could be unbanned and keep being able to use dark gaming as my favorite terraria server to play.

About your first ban reason, we do not tolerate any kinds of racism.
Second one is about you obtaining dungeon items pre skeletron. There is some proof about that:

Yes I understand, i apologize for both errors and I assure nothing like that will happen again in the future and I’ll keep my promise to not break any rules. Once again my apologies.

I broke these rules i couldn’t quote as it was not an option on my end.

#4 Racism / Discrimination

Racism, discrimination and hate speech are not tolerated in the chat. Any person violating this rule in the chat (or otherwise) will be banned.

#2 Exploits

An exploit is unintended behaviour of the game that can be done without using third-party modifications (as that would be considered violation of S5#1). This also includes unintended behaviour of the server. The use of exploits is forbidden and punishable by a ban. It will be up to the discretion of staff to provide a warning instead, where an exploit has a minor impact.

yes i do understand and i assure it won’t happen again, it’s easy to just not break the rules stated above, and that i won’t be able to appeal. thank you for enforcing the servers rules i appreciate you doing this for the server.
