Yes but I thought it was a timed ban not permanent

You can get it by trying to join into the server,
Should be formatted like ban.dark-gaming.com/00000

You need to follow the format.

Due to the nature of the racial slurs, Even if you don’t direct it to anyone, it still could be targetting people, as they only purpose is to denigrate people in general

Also, I want to note that doesn’t matter if you are also affected by it, that does not give you justification of using them,as while you may not get offended/hurt by it anymore, others still may be.

Are we clear on this?
