[Q2] Did you break the rules knowingly?
No. I did not know this server had a forum and a ruleset, and even a Discord server.

[Q3] Do you think your Ban was fair? If not, please provide a reason.
Yes, but also No. The word I said flagged for racism, but in my defense I
am a young man of african american descent, and using said word is a common part of my everyday language both online and in person. I will amend this, as I miss the server dearly.

[Q4] Why should we unban you?
I believe I should be unbanned because not only was I unaware that saying “Nigga” would flag your censors, although in hindsight it makes sense, I was also not using it in a hateful manner. As I have stated earlier, I am black. Saying that word is something I do daily, online and in person. It is a word of my culture and my people. I do however understand that it is not proper to say it in certain places, due to its nature and controversy. I sincerely apologize for not having enough foresight to refrain from using this word, and I ask that you please give me another chance, as I will never again use such language on any DG affiliated platforms. Thank you, and goodnight.

Seems that you are missing the ban link on Q1 ,You can get it by trying to join on the server , If you play the mobile edition you might need to record the screen ,As a bug makes visible the ban link for only a few frames.

You need to follow the format.
Do not post a new appeal; edit your existing one. Post a reply here once you have made the corrections.

Are you sure that’s your ban link? That looks like the blacklisted IP topic, but it wouldn’t come up if you were banned for racism. Ban links are formatted as ban.dark-gaming.com/(number), with a different number at the end for whoever the ban is for.

This is still not a valid excuse, As being part from X group of people does not give you the right of using racial slurs in any way, as due to the nature of these , it can target people regardless of the context.

So i need you to confirm me that you won’t use any type of similar racial slurs/slangs that could potentially be ofensive, Is that alright?

Yes. The same way I dont say them around my grandmother or in a place of business i will not say them on the DG server.
