ALthough i adopted a different name for unrelated intentions, i did not expect the name (dick-in-son) would be That offending, so if refering to the rules, yes i unknowingly broke the rules knowingly

No, i was not given a warning about the offensiveness of the name, a Mod i suppose having the word bot and net in his name, logged in and just permenantly banned me .
I would say the ban was fair, But no warning was issued soβ¦

Regardless of my intention, i Will be mindfull of the username i choose, Regardless of the intention.
and also iβve developed a bond with this Whole setup and i cannot Lose a big part of my habit for a reason like this.
Although the usual process issues a warning first, there are some occasions where we can skip these steps, and at the same time, there are stuff that anyone with common sense would realise is inappropriate and potentially rule breaking, but putting that aside for now.
