Seriously whats black listed I haven’t played in the server till today how do i fix this?

You’ve got VPN? If so, disconnect the VPN service. Most vpn ip addresses have been blacklisted (you most likely won’t even be able to stay in the server for a long time if you have it on).

Refer to the given link about this issue: Unable to access any dimensions. It just means that the server is potentially detecting a proxy/VPN in use, and due to the nature and intent used with these it tries to block you from the server.
