I was not provided with the rules upon entering the server; I did not knowingly break them.

I would have to be made aware of what rule I was breaking.

I was not given any indication of where I could find the server rules when I joined, that I have noticed.
You were kicked two separate times before you were banned, which sends a message in chat (look at the “Broadcast” lines). The warnings themselves… admittedly, they should’ve been clearer, but most AFK players I’ve handled have been one and done, I didn’t see them doing it multiple times in a short timeframe.
Well, now you’re at the right place. You know at least generally what you were banned for given the ban reason, if you’re willing to follow the rules in the future then you can read them here on the forums. There’s a message that’s supposed to show up in Rift when you join that shows the link to them but it doesn’t seem to work when initially joining, so we’ll look into that soon.
