In this post, he’s only trying to provide help when it became inactive and it hasn’t even been that long. It should be fine as long as he isn’t breaking any rules in the Forums like the necroposting or his posts are too unnecessary and considered spam. Dude is just enthusiastic, just tone it down it ok? 
And yeah, that might be what’s happening based on what the poster said that he can’t do anything in the server.
