What do you exactly mean by this response?
Have you went to this webpage only to have it fail? or did you just go there by the time you posted this response?

Isn’t the Build dimension unconnected to the trading system? I think it still uses the data from before, and before is when you didn’t have crew, and so it’s not giving you the permissions. It would also be the same reason my chat lines in Build are lime instead of light cyan.
If you have other crew permissions, like /tp (in other dimensions) then your crew is fine, it’s just a problem with the Build dimension.

You do need Crew in order to build anywhere else besides Sandbox in the Build Dimension.
Now that you mention it, it’s probably an issue with the Build dimension.
