i typed on the helpdesk and waited for 5 hours, then tried joining the server, i had acces on the server then 15 sec later the text pops up that i no longer has acces to the server. what couldve caused it?

The cause is due to you using the server on a blacklisted IP or VPN.

Contacting @blacklist-helpdesk is the only solution to make the ip not blacklisted.
