No.

No, it was a silly careless joke about ips and i got banned for “advertising”.

[Q4] Why should we unban you?
Because i didn’t actually advertise.

Jokes aren’t above the rules, and this extends to the anti - advertising filter which usually immediately bans players when a foreign IP address is sent in a message. Like that fake IP address you sent in the message that got you banned. Don’t do it again, alright?
