Definitely an unfair ban, I posted a random generated ip in chat which is in-fact not advertising and wasn’t intended to be advertising.

I think you need to take your ban a little more seriously. This is obviously not the appropriate space to try to start a tic-tac-toe game.

How come only rofle can handle appeals?
All of us handle appeals, however we only handle the bans we ourselves made unless told otherwise. You were automatically banned by the system for entering an IP, so I believe that Rofle will be handling your appeal, though I can check to see for certain.
