[Q2] Did you break the rules knowingly?
I used infinite time on some buffs and infinite ammo (In order not to take bullets often and once again not pay attention to whether my buffs are over or not). I didn’t think it would be prohibited here. I’ve used this on some other servers and I was told that there is nothing to worry about. So I forgot about the fact that it prohibited here.

Probably. Although I learned from others that buffs are automatically given from the start.

I’m writing this to get unbanned. So this time I will get better acquainted with the rules and will stick to them, so that I don’t get banned again.

#1 Hacked Clients [or Modified Clients]

All types of modified clients, that deviate gameplay functionally in any way from the original Terraria client; this also includes using 3rd party programs, such as Inventory Editors, to modify your character to possess impossibilities, but texture packs are exempt*. Warnings may be given, however due to the nature of the people using these clients, warnings may not be required, and in cases where this affects other players in a negative way, to a degree of selfishness, then the ban may not be appealed.

People using any sort of Modications for PvP Advantages are deemed worse. Therefore, they should not be warned and instead banned.

• That do not alter game mechanics (e.g. hitboxes, visibility of tiles/walls, visibility of lighting). In other words, they must keep all things intact that the originals do except the art style.

I’ve used this on some other servers and I was told that there is nothing to worry about. So I forgot about the fact that it prohibited here.

Why would you think that advantages that most other players don’t have the ability to have wouldn’t be prohibited in this server, especially in PvP?

On the servers I’ve played on before, admins is neutral to cheats that make endless items/bullets/potions/buffs. In their opinion, this does not give a visible advantage in battle, just simplifies a little, so as not to refill often items and save space in inventory. Players were also neutral about this.

So I decided that other servers would not pay attention to it.
