I suggest adding the tag “not-a-ban” be added which is appliable by regulars and staffs on bans with the reason “(Unable to access any dimensions)” and false Jr. bans.
This would be an analogue to the “not-a-bug” tag on bug reports and invalid ban appeals.
There is now a new category of bans called ‘Collateral’. I believe this falls under that category and should be subject to those conditions instead. Collateral bans are explicitly meant to be kept active and not tagged as Invalid or not-a-ban. Additionally, not-a-ban is misleading because it suggests the ban is invalid, which is 2 completely different category of bans.
