Some people probably already follow something similar to this or what not, but for people who have absolutelyno idea what they’re doing, this may be a good starting point.
Before a start, I would just like to note that zombies is currently not very team-based when it comes to strategy; instead there is only team-based tactics.
Team Tactics
The mobs will usually follow whoever is closer. In such a case it is a good idea to note who is following you. In the case that an ally needs to get around, it might be a good idea to walk back and forward if they are below you to ensure they do not wander off. Or you can lead them into someone you hate.
Fundamental Strategy
This applies to all maps/arenas regardless. On Rounds 1 and 2 use your copper shortsword exclusively unless you are in a situation where you would die. A team tactic here is to allow players to kill zombies from their end in their own time, if you start biting into their share of the pie, you make them weaker (this is also good advice if you hate someone you’re playing with).
Hill House
This is the one I always follow, even after the changes.
After Rounds 1 and 2, of exclusively using the copper shortsword, I would have purchased at some point a Boomstick, as well as a Handgun (only for the ammo). Rounds 3+ you should try to use the sword where possible, but other than that, use the boomstick. If you need more ammo, go to the handgun chest again. You should in short time build up 18,000 score. At this point you purchase the Hallowed Armor. Until Round 7 you will not need any better weapon than the Boomstick and most importantly, it is a great economy weapon. Your score should go towards as many worm scarfs as you can get in before Round 7. Near or just before Round 7 you should think about trying your luck with the Magic Box to get something like Star Cannon, Gatligator or Hellwing Bow w/wooden arrows. A shotgun will also be useful for gaining more score economically. You should have full worm scarf by this point or Round 8. At which point you must rely on the weapons you get from the Magic Box to keep you alive. In case of emergency you can purchase the grenades.

Also if anyone has their own you can post it on this thread.
Knight’s challange (medium)
The following strategy can be used when 2 or more players are in the lobby same zombies lobby!
When a player falls into a pit from one the sides of the map and he/she really needs to/can’t exit, they can type /home to get escape from the pit very easly. Some people know that in like all zombies arenas, typing /home leads to the top right corner of the arena which can lead to a fatal death if the players didnt increase their life by aproximately 300hp. However in all knight’s challange arenas, there is a room in the top right corner of the arena where the player will be placed by typing /home which will prevent falling and will help escaping from a pit or an insane ambush of mobs which the player cannot deal with. But the fact that this trick/strategy needs 2 or more players is that when there is only one player in the lobby that will type /home will be teleported at the room in the top right corner, causing the mobs to despawn and skiping the round till the player will deal with flying enemies. When 2 players are in the same lobby, one can teleport to /home and the other remain down causing the mobs to not despawn, then after the player that teleported is back in action, the other one can teleport after. A method for parkouring to the top to get armor is dash-jumping. Dash jumping is done by first dashing then jumping at the right moment right before the player falls. When reaching higher, the player will start to see the room on the top left corner of the map. There is the celestial stone. Counting from the room, the second platform of gray bricks will be the place where the player will need to dash-jump on the following row of gray brick platforms.
If you don’t succed the first tries, don’t give up! Good luck when trying to master the parkour!
I’m on my phone rn, so I will give some general tips.
If you can choose ranged, choose it. It is a far better option than melee/magic as you have to be close to enemies with melee and you will run out of mana quickly with magic.
Use Trippy lighting mode as it gives the highest brightness.
On Wave 6 and 7, find someone to take out the hoplites. They can be easily the #1 game finisher.
If there are worm scarf available in a map, buy 3 of them. They works well.
If you have a yoyo and a thicc line of zombies is coming towards you, the best thing to do (instead of dealing with the zombies individually by bouncing your yoyo on their heads) would be to move the yoyo over their heads and behind them, then let go of the attack button. The yoyo will come back to you but will plow through all zombies in the way.
On any map with a spear available, try to buy the spear, but don’t buy any stronger versions of it (Trident, Rotted Fork, Swordfish, etc). The spear is a capable weapon against hordes of the weaker enemies (it is strong against round 1-5 enemies), since it hits all enemies on the way forward and backward. However, it shines when used against hordes of stronger enemies (a good example is Gingerbread Men). Although you won’t do much damage to them, they won’t be able to touch you because of being knocked back constantly. While you are chipping away at their health slowly, you will quickly gain loads of points, which can be used to buy other upgrades. Just don’t upgrade the spear.
Note: I did not discover any of these tactics, I learned them from Augustina and Era 2.0. This applies mostly to the map Winter’s Scream.
