it gives you a bunch of permanant building-based buffs when you type /buildmode.
Not insanely useful for the majority of people, but it’s a godsend for hardcore builders.

I’d love to trade with you, but you honestly don’t have any colors I’m looking for. I’m looking for a color as close to white as possible, and I already have a color more white than any of your colors. If you ever obtain a color closer to white than the very light blue that I have, I’d be happy to trade.
There are only a few people that have one though…
