I think my bro knew strict rules about cheating, so i think yes.

I don’t know, but in ban link says that he used godmode, so yes.

[Q4] Why should we unban you?
It was my brother playing with cheats, not me.
I punished him, so I don’t think he’ll ever touch my computer again.
And i still think this server is cool, especially the people on it.

We have no way of identifying who was behind a player at any given time. Therefore, you need to accept responsibility for all things that happen on your pc, regardless of who the rulebreaker actually is.
