Hi Mr. Int! I had a longer pause: 3 months and how are you?

I’m doing pretty good, I’ve been in a decent mood. But I’ve been focusing on school a lot.

1.4.4 absolutely train wrecked the server for a few weeks, but we’re pushing through

I can’t get ingame either, so I don’t know if anything is happening in that area.

Anyway, halloween just happened, along with the halloween zombies parties… sadge

anywho, glad to see you back!

Well, that’s disappointing. I saw that eltralor is a mod now, no offense, but that’s the last person I expected.

not from the server, that’s not happening again

from my ipad, well… it’s looking that way rn

i overheard my parents ranting about how terrible electronics were just a few days ago, so it’s very possible I might not be able to play for a few years

L parents, the internet and tv teaches and helps retain learning experiences 5x better than school ever will.

Hello, @NateTheGameK’s parents,

I am Glasia and I’d like to tell you something about questions to think of if you are about to ban electronics for your kid completely in the 2020s:

What if your kid needs to call the ambulance or police? (Not helping, like not calling emergency service when you are the only witness is a crime)
How will they reach you or their teachers without a phone? (If you forbid electronics completely, don’t wonder that your kid doesn’t call you)
How will they not miss school material without being able to ask via mail? (If they get ill and get Fs it is your fault for not letting them to mail the teacher for material)
How will they be able to research for essays? (This makes the kid ashamed and say “My PC is always broken” all the time and then the teachers see that as an excuse)
How will your kid let their stress out if they can’t use their PC if you don’t inscribe them into sports clubs either? (No social interaction (besides mandatory ones like offices, docs, school and parents) can shorten the lifespan and break immune system so that the kid will get more easily ill)

More important is to teach how to use responsibly electronics, like the internet safety rules.

Here is some reference to start:

Also Dark Gaming is very strict about the good tone: Racist people or those entering not PG 13 language get banned, there is an easy report function and nice admins that help here when needed.

Greetings from Germany, Glasia

That won’t go through.

His statements are all correct tho, it’s the thought that matters.

Nate’s parents don’t look at the forums

correct, though they know I’m here because of a fun thing called ‘Securly Internet Tracking’
literally, they sat me down and started ranting about how i shouldn’t trust you guys because you could be perverts trying to stalk me or some random crap.
They wouldn’t listen even if I did list the evidence, trust me… I have now tried to win quite a few arguements with cold, hard facts and they refuse to listen to anything I say… it’s quite a troubling issue.
I’m currently checkmated. I can’t do anything to prove I’m trustworthy or at least worthy of a second chance.
Obviously, I cannot put all the info here, I’ll make a separate topic for that (yeah, long story…).

They have a reasonable argument. The internet is a cesspool for that kind of activity.
