I think psychic is telekinesis and the group they talked about is crew
Telekinesis is unlockable by getting crew iirc

You go onto the trading system and either have to vote for 40 days to get enough credits of you can get it free with steam or you can buy it with 50000 dark points (the dark gaming currency sort of thing)
