New Tuneable PvP Settings
Solar armour has long dominated the meta. This new update allows PvP managers to set the defense granted by the solar shield and beetle orbs to open up more options and shift the meta.

The defense multiplier, previously set to 75%, is now tuneable by PvP managers. It’s been updated to 50% and with it a lot of weapons have been rebalanced.

Beetle Armor was buffed on 10 October 2020 because Solar Armor alone dominated the PvP meta.

Initially, many different items were buffed on October 10, but in the following months, those same items and many others were nerfed.

This trend of nerfing ended on 28 January 2021 when many items were buffed exclusively with the intention to counter Beetle Armor.
