No I vote for 4 days and it still don’t give me 1 XP or 0.5 XP it give me 0 XP always

there’s no way this bothered you to such a degree that you made a bug report. 
brother, it’s 3 xp to level up, kill a single person in pvp and your “problem” is solved.
