Recently I tried to enter the survival dimension, but rather than going right in or getting the bad header error, I was teleported to a completely random place. I was invisible, in hell, unable to move or take out my map, the chat was all white, and commands did not do anything (which i assume means no plugins were enabled), and I was also in singleplayer, as nobody would respond to any of my messages, and I couldnt see anyone elses messages. When I hit Save and exit, instead of bringing me to the title screen, my game crashed.

Did you teleport from PvE? Or somewhere else, PvE sometimes freezes when trying to teleport or something like that, just relog

I did relog, but to answer your question, no it was from rift.

What even is that place that I went to? It clearly wasnt part of the server.

I do not think this is a bug that can be fixed. I do experience this issue sometimes, and usually it happens while in transit from and to PvE. I am not sure if it is coincidental or not, but I so happen to also take a longer time to fully connect to PvE most of the times, so that maybe that is somehow related.
