No, I don’t think this was the right person. And I don’t think I was typing in chat either, much less being toxic

I’m only here for the free items since the games item crafting trees are very confusing. Also I’m still pretty new.
From what you’re saying both here and on the Discord server it sounds like a collateral ban, i.e. somehow the ban is affecting you even though you’re not the intended target. Unfortunately, something’s wrong with the ban website right now so I can’t investigate anything further than the info from this one screenshot you posted since even the non staff view isn’t working right now:
I’ll check in again when it’s back up and running. For what it’s worth, the intended player is registered by that name and was just being all around toxic and obnoxious to other players. Not sure if it’s an IP collision or something else, can’t check while it’s not working.
