Lower the gun damage from 59 to 48
Lower the rocket damage from 400 percent (236 damage) to 200 percent (96 damage)
Increase the damage cap from 38 to 90
[Why do you feel that this change is needed?]
This weapon is left in its ash. The rockets have a damage bonus already, but it has no use. However, this weapon heavily lacks damage. Adding a buff would make this gun more viable. Note that the gun has an inconsistent spread.
