First time joining the server and I get this error, it does not let me in the game either.

Then within the hour the bot will whitelist you
The bot didn’t whitelist me because I never registered as an account, the server simply just blocked me before I could even join, and i’m not even using vpn
You don’t need an account. You just try to join and then send to the blacklist helpdesk the message with what the name of the character is you tried to join with.
