I believe an admin or someone should ban this because it would be annoying if you tried to kill someone but you could because they
copied and pasted /item heart 999 so many times and you couldn’t beat them.

Doing this is already prohibited, and will result in a warning, followed by a ban.
But how will you know that they are doing this.
For one, I have log access, so I can see every command (both failed and executed).
Secondly, it would seem fairly apparent if somebody was rapidly gaining life back.
And third, the item is visible for a moment after being spawned in.
I’m not even sure that you can execute /i “heart” in PvP anymore. It might already be disabled.
