Unassigning Moderators From Ban Appeals

I’ve noticed this “Unassign” button on a ban appeal despite only being a TL3 regular. Should this be an option for us?

Yeah, I see the same thing but it doesn’t work for me either. Maybe it’s just a visual bug where we can see the button but we still don’t have the actual permission, sine we aren’t actually Leaders/staff.
