Always, as of the latest update that have fixed Mechdusa summoning

Skeletron could be summoned and fought normally via the Old Man before today. At the moment, crew players couldn’t summon Skeletron and would receive “You do not have permission to use this effect”. Killing the Old Man NPC by the environment couldn’t summon Skeletron either (it was worth a test). The Clothier NPC unfortunately didn’t survive so we can’t summon with the doll. As a result, Dungeon has become inaccessible.
