When I was in pvp I was wondering what some commands did, and I saw /setup so I used it, I thought it might show like the pvp manager or something. It said “The inital setup system is disabled. This incident has been logged.”
I’m not sure what this means but if it is something for staff, then sorry for the false log or whatever happened.

/setup is the initial tshock command that I believe is there as a temporary one-time alleviation to SuperAdmin, to allow the owner of the server to setup an account. I don’t believe “being logged” refers to anything other than leaving some sort of notification in the form of a message saying that a setup was attempted.
