You lose all your items and you reset all chests (except for mana and hp) upon death
It is separate from hc, by default you dont get oneshotted
May even provide no dp bonus, just more difficult - more fun
(imagine hc r uhc bewitched)
what about UUHC? if you die, your DG account is deleted

Not quite the same but at some point, there was a duel zombies variant where two people could bet DP and whoever died first would have their bet given to the other person.
