Troubles with "/sitem" types of commands

When i want to type in any “/sitem” comand, (even the example) it will always say “You don’t have premission to use that command”. I even tried using logged in account “Loasis” to fix the issue with hope, with failing results. Please tell me what to do, and i will follow everysingle step to fix the issue. Sitems has been broken for everyone since 1.4.5 so you’re not alone ;-;

It’s just a matter of time for the devs to fix it up sadly.
