So I tried to get myself off the blacklist twice, and the helpdesk bot says that it couldn’t find my in-game name and I have to make sure I spelt it correctly.
I know my in-game name is “FandeMastk” I had that as my ign for a long time, so I need help with getting off the blacklist. If anybody can reply to help me out, that would be appreciative.

I looked into your specific issue. If possible, can you check if you are blacklisted at all now? If you still get the message on join, you should be able to successfully get the bot to whitelist you.
For you, can you try to join again and then see if the bot recognises you now?
The issue has been resolved. Thank you, @popstarfreas. From now on, I’m going to have a registered account and, if possible, take steps that I won’t get blacklisted again.
