Theme component to make coloring text on forum easier

So using GitHub - merefield/discourse-tc-coloured-text: A simple Theme Component alternative to the BBCode colouring plugin will allow the color pallete selector to more easily be used. @Solysis made this suggestion on DIscourse Meta (Making it easier to color text - #6 by denvergeeks - feature - Discourse Meta) and I agree that that by using this theme component will make coloring text more universally accessable.
