I got hacks on mobile and decided to use them on the server. I then got banned. I should be unbanned because it was over a year ago, and I no longer have hacks or plan to use them.
If you get the "Access Denied" aka Unable to access any dimensions link, it is not a ban. Refer to the linked post on how to get your IP unflagged.
How do I fix it, I don’t understand what the link is telling me to do.

The message template will allow you to message the Blacklist Helpdesk group so that your IP can be whitelisted. The template must be followed for a successful response, and once you fill it out send it off.
