I saw a player(Guest) called “Warrior” used Final Fractal. I called Big Russ and I reported to him, buy he said that “Warrior” wasn’t here.
BUT I really saw “Warrior” used Final Fractal !
I thought that confirming him is hard , also banning him. So,

Please ban Final Fractial !

The name of the weapon is actually First fractal, just fyi

It’s not that I didn’t believe you, it’s that I cannot do anything without proper evidence. This player had already left when I joined PvP, so there is not much that can be done.
