When the occasional lag spike occurs, using the “Sort” function can override certain items with other items, causing them to be “duped”. It only happens in Survival that I am aware of, and it only sometimes works. Other times, it just puts it back in its original state.
I believe this is because of Anti-cheat, which tries to put back items in their original state, but overrides them in these lag spikes because the server does not know what to do during these spikes.
