I finally got a chance to say something on this so I’m gonna do so while I can.
I have a VPN type antivirus system installed but the VPN is deactivated currently so I don’t exactly know what is going on with Phase on my end so I asked Glasia, and twofoursixeight on discord if their Phase clients were working. Glasia responded first with yes so I sent them the image seen in this report about this issue.
I would have wrote this report up myself if i wasn’t busy moderating for another Discord server at the time so I asked Glasia to create the bug report.

This is because Build was down, it is up now.
